Mentorship Program Leader and Support for Staff Needs
“RTS is a company that truly seeks to “transform lives through therapy.” Their faith-driven value system is demonstrated in the way they support their staff and in the way they invest in and deeply care for the families we serve. I feel deeply blessed to work for this company! “
Aimee Waldrep
Lead Speech Therapist
As soon as my first day of my internship with RTS was finished, I knew that I was in the right place. I have been with RTS for almost 12 years now, and I’ve loved every minute of it. I’ve been able to strengthen my knowledge and skills in all areas of speech-language pathology while providing therapy services to the children we serve. It is amazing to see each child prosper and grow throughout their time with us. I love the relationships we are able to build not only with the children and the families we serve but also with the daycares we go into. RTS truly is the BEST place to work!
I have been married to my husband Kevin for almost 11 years now. We have one daughter, Natalie, who is in the first grade. We love spending time together as a family, whether that is cooking together, traveling, reading, spending time outside, or playing with Legos. We are HUGE Razorback fans, and you can usually catch us at a game cheering for the Hogs!
Melissa Waganer
Lead Occupational Therapist
“I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for 20 years and love working with kids to help them be more independent, happy, and healthy! I have been married to my husband, Nathan, for 22 years and we have 2 kids, Parker and Peyton, and 2 dogs, Benelli and Jessilou. Parker just finished up his first year of college as a classical oboe performance major and Peyton is a freshman in high school. When I'm not working, I am very involved with church and volunteer in the student ministry. I also love to spend time with my family, travel, bake, garden, go camping, spend time at the lake, and do pretty much anything outside!
I love working for RTS and love how it provides me the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with kids while working to help them achieve their therapeutic goals. RTS allows me to be the hands and feet of Jesus while serving the kids in the NWA community!”
Taylor Putnam
Lead Physical Therapist
“I have been with Regional Therapy Services since 2021 and have never been more thankful for such a supportive community to be a part of. RTS has allowed me to have a great work-life balance due to the flexible scheduling.
I love doing everything from the cranio-sacral protocol to chalk obstacle courses outside with my kiddos.
At home, my husband and I enjoy working in the yard, riding our bikes, and taking care of our dog (Juniper) and ducks (Truffle and Nugget).”
